We have often been asked by community members and others about why the Normandy School District appears to be engaged in seemingly endless cycles of strategic planning, community conversations, and task forces. First of all, we are quick to acknowledge that such observations are absolutely on point. No one can deny that there has been an awful lot of effort established around planning, gathering input, and establishing focus groups and tasks forces to study issues that have historically plagued our struggling, but improving, school district. School Uniforms & Clear Book Bags are Mandatory in All Normandy Schools
In 2005, the Normandy School District Board of Education unanimously adopted requirements that call for the mandatory wearing of uniforms. All students in PreK-12 are REQUIRED to wear school uniforms.Click here to continue reading.
